The Federal Government has introduced Telehealth consultations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in general practices.

If you have

  • a fever (=>38°C),
  • cough,
  • sore throat or
  • difficulty breathing

AND have traveled overseas in the last 14 days,

OR have been in contact with someone confirmed or suspected to have COVID-19 in the last 14 days,

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC for the safety of medical staffs and other patients.

Ring the clinic letting the staff and doctor know of your travel history and symptoms and organise a bulk-bill COVID-19 telehealth consultation.

If you have a surgical mask, please wear it to minimise the spread of COVID-19 and to protect others. Stay at least 1.5 metres away from other people. Cover your coughs or sneezes with your elbow or into a tissue which then must be disposed of.

Getting Tested

As we are unable to receive COVID-19 Swab tests due to global shortage, we are unable to conduct in-clinic testing.

High-risk patients must get tested at one of the many assessment centres in Victoria:

Please visit the COVID-19 Assessment centre website you plan to visit to see if you meet the criteria for testing and to follow their procedure to get tested.
